PTO
The PTO is a group of parent volunteers that work with the teachers and school administration to help provide the best learning and social environment possible for our children.
We accomplish this in two ways. The first is through fundraising. Our major fundraising activities are the Boutique (which is an on-campus consignment shop), the Booster Bar (a weekly barbeque event) and through Mayfair, the major festival/event of the Spring. These activities are described in more detail on the Website.
The second way the PTO helps the school is by organizing programs and projects that touch the lives of everyone at the school. For example, we publish the monthly newsletter called the Falcon Flyer and we organize events such as holiday parties for the kids (the Halloween parade is a favorite), teacher appreciation lunches, Sports Days for the Elementary and Middle schools and much more.
If you are a parent with a child in the school you are automatically a member of our Parent Teacher Organization. No sign-ups, membership forms or dues to pay. Our meetings are generally held on the second Monday of each month at 9:15 am in the Boutique. Everyone is welcome.
